Established in 1982, the Waterford Property was an initiative of
Mr. Prasert Kasemkomet and his family.
The first real estate development project, Waterford Bonvista Thonglor 8, was started in 1985. Despite its size being small, the project received warm welcome and positive response. The ring-shaped building enclosed with swimming pool was the first of its kind. Having the swimming pool in between buildings has since become the Waterford’s signature.
Currently, the Waterford Property has completed 9 condominium projects and 1 golf course & resort, as the following:

Waterford Park Thonglor 5, completed in 1992
Waterford Tower Office Bangna, completed in 1993

Waterford Diamond Tower (Sukhumvit 30/1), completed in 1994
Waterford Diamond Service Apartment (Sukhumvit 30/1), completed in 1997
Waterford Sukhumvit 50, completed in 2008
The latest project which is now being sold is the Waterford Sukhumvit 50, an Urban-Resort situated in Sukhumvit Soi 50. In addition to the condominium unit for sale, the Waterford Property has a variety of rental units available in many of other projects, managed by the V.P. Assets Co.,Ltd. |
